Business Communications Manager 200 - is an all-in-one converged business communication platform perfectly positioned for small to mid-size businesses that want IP telephony for up to 90 users. It delivers complete, integrated converged voice and data services - using traditional telephony or IP telephony, or a combination of both. Business Communications Manager 200 has the capabilities businesses need including telephony, unified messaging, multimedia call center, interactive voice response, IP routing and data services such as firewall, wireless, and more.

The BCM200 comes fully equipped with a Celeron™ 850-megahertz (BCM200) processor, 256Mb of RAM, a 20 GB hard drive and a 350- watt power supply, all housed in a 19-inch, rack-mountable chassis. The BCM200 also comes equipped with integrated features like voice, data and management applications working in concert with Microsoft Windows NT Embedded operating system. The Nortel BCM 200 3.7 has more than 150 powerful software applications pre-installed. Some applications work immediately after the system is installed, while others can be enabled and downloaded locally or remotely for implementation as business requirements evolve.
