Athena Communications, Ltd., a 100% Native American women owned minority business, was formed in 1989 by pooling technical resources of several talented people who had extensive experience in the telecommunications industry.

 Led by the president, Noelle Scaramucci, a native Hawaiian, Athena Comm`s dedication to the customer has led it into many areas of technology and nation wide projects. Athena Comm responds to these customer challenges with experienced technical personnel who are certified on a wide variety of telephone systems and data networks with over 100 years of combined telecomm experience.

Quality, diligence and customer service are the founding principles on which Athena Comm was established. The company strictly adheres to those ideals, thereby providing a solid base for continued growth in the 21st century.
